The current store manager, Stephen Champlin is clueless about customer service. I bought new tires 3 days ago. These tires rode worst than my old ones. Why? That did not balance them. I showed him pictures of a qualified mechanic's balancing machine. It was not one tire; it was all 4. One tire read 1.75, the other. 75, the other. 75, and the last one 1.25. I showed him the pictures, and said " you should not of hit a pot hole". Wow! Has anyone ever hit a pothole with all 4 tires at the same time. That is a shame. Not once did he offer to make it right, never once apologized, and that was it. What an embarrassment to the company. His name is Stephen Champlin. This a store location you should avoid.

Made the apt for 1pm showed up 15 mins early, was told on the ap I was #2 in line. I watched all of the cars clear the bays, checked the AP and it says im not in line. I called their attention to it and watched the bays fill again. Never discount again!

Couldn't get the right tires, what is your discount tire four times each time I had to wait in line over 15 to 45 minutes to be able to talk to a representative. The name of the tire wholesaler number and the person to talk to at the wholesaler. After calling three times and waiting on the phone up to 20 minutes they were able to order the correct tire. I have nothing but great things to say about discount tire company, i always have great experiences with them. The latest amazing experience i had was in Mukilteo WA. I had a flat tire on my rental car and I happened to be very close to discount tire. I stopped at the location and spoke to Preston Henske and he told me that the waiting time would be 3+ hours, when i explained that i am visiting from Colorado and our time is very limited and we are long time Discount Tire customers. Preston took our car and replaced the flat tire with the spare one immediately. This is what i call great customer service. I always have been a big fan of Discount Tire and will continue to use them and highly recommend them. Kudos to Preston and his team!

It was in March 2020 I took my F150 Ford Truck to Discount Tires in Casa Grande Arizona they are owned by America's Tires one in the same California America's Tires and in Arizona Discount Tires same company.
I wanted to get my tires rotated and balanced and was told by a service manager , we dont do that service anymore because of the Virus and he went on to say they were only selling new customers tires and rotations. Now I reminded him that I had purchased a set of four tires and I purchased the Warranty of Lifetime of Tire Balancing and Rotation of my tires at his
tire shop, he just said No than I said I want a Refund on what I had paid for and he said No and just walked away from me!
Understand my frustration I have been a loyal customer of this company in two states for over 24 years letting them service my autos which i have always had 3 or more!
Now i am doing business with my auto dealer wondering why I left in the first place, it was for a better price and quicker service that does not apply anymore! My dealer has any kind of tire you want , will beat anyone's prices , give great service I dont have to wait hours long, I get full service not part of it they not only rotate and balance my tires I get a free wash job and they offer me a front end alignment which when you compare the out come of your tires tread life you will find that Discount Tire wants you to wear your tires unevenly so they can sell you more tires prematurely thats why they dont offer a front end alignment compared to your Dealer which wants you to get 100% of wear from your tires and not uneven wear that way you get the mileage out of your tires and save a lot of money.
I dont know about what anyone else is going to do but for me the choice is SIMPLE; The Dealer gets my Tire business.

So, it was a very difficult day w/my tire damaged, a donut on my wheel... driving in Vegas and out of all the locations I chose to make an appointment at, it was the most amazing experience I could ever ask for as a customer - now I've had a real good experience at Discount Tire in Bullhead City Arizona... never ever expected the service to get even more excellent but it did and out of all places in Vegas - my salesperson "Randell P." Was so good to me it was like he came from my perspective of what it would be like for him if it was his car and his flat tire! He just got me w/out me telling him anything. He gave me a good deal, they were fast... I walked over to a store for lunch, brought it back and by the time I unwrapped the salad, put my eggs and dressing in - they were done! Absolutely mind blowing! It does help if you arrive at least 20 minutes to take care of any unexpected issues and that was what I did. They are way busy and still found a way to serve me w/out waiting for a long time. I came out a complete winner, so happy, and they saved me a lot of money considering people are suffering financially b/c of covid-19. Thank you so much - I will always remember this insane service.

I had $10,000 in credit with 13 years history and they closed my account without warning. No reduction or email. Reason... inactivity. I had a balance when they closed it... sounds like I used it to me. I was the most loyal discount tire user. Always bought my tires there and recommended others to do the same. NO MORE.

1.5 years ago had Discount tire install 6 new tires on Ram 3500 dually.
Went in for a rotation and they won't touch them because of a DOT. Law saying any tire more the 5 years old they can't work on them.
Come to find out a year and a half ago the tires they installed where 2011 tires. New Old Stock.
DO NOT TRUST DISCOUNT TIRE EVER...

I ordered 4 tires on weds nite over phone and i received them friday morning by fed ex, the person did there job and over and above, she looked up all options for my vette and she took my order as i requested for the tires i wanted, price was great and shipping was FAST. She was great to deal with and iam a retired auto repair shop owner and i wish there was 10 of this person. She needs to be awared for first doing her job, second for going over and above, and third for not saying any lies. She was great to deal with and i dont take time out to write reviews. I would say this id the first i have writen in 5 or 6 years so i dont do this often but this person needs to be rewarded thank you don gould

Needed to return order. Took a week to wait for FEDEX before they'd refund me. Their help line is constantly busy and they seem to open tickets and then end up with more than one agent working on the same ticket with poor results. (No internal coordination/communication).

If I'd gone with a lightly higher priced set of tires from their competitor, I'd have tires on my vehicle now, instead of 9 emails and worn down phone batteries from waiting on hold. Let alone the wasted time trying to settle my order up and get my refund.

I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Best run from this place. No customer service and they lie about the extra warranty. It's only good for 3 years though they sell it as lifetime. Even if you have low miles and barely used they will make you wait 3 plus hours to tell you they won't repair it. I asked, after waiting 2 hours, how much longer? I was told "Shut up and wait". Since I could not drive away I waited. Worst experience of my life.
